towels, cooking utensils and tableware, but
no in room telephone or daily maid service.
Efficiencies are similarly equipped, but
maid service is provide for bedroom and bath
only.

TO RENT COTTAGES ON A WEEKLY BASIS ONLY

Quoted rates are
based on a maximum of two persons for all
cottages and motel units. Surcharges
will be added as follows: |

July 12 through
Labor Day $20.00 daily or 120.00
weekly for each additional person over age
18 |
|
Off Season
$10.00 daily or $60.00 weekly for each
additional person over age 18 |
|
We charge
one-half the above surcharges for ages 6 to
18 |
|
Pets are welcome
in the North and South units and all
cottages - Daily $10.00/ Weekly $60.00 per
animal.

RESERVATION POLICY |
|
REQUIRED DEPOSITS MAY BE IN
THE FORM OF A CHECK OR CREDIT CARD. A
ONE NIGHT RENTAL AMOUNT IS REQUIRED FOR A
RESERVATION OF THREE DAYS OR LESS. A
RESERVATION OF MORE THAN THREE DAYS WILL
REQUIRE A DEPOSIT OF $175.00. AN
ADDITIONAL $175 WILL BE NEEDED FOR EACH
ADDITIONAL WEEK OR PART OF A WEEK. IN
ORDER TO ENSURE CONFIRMATION, DEPOSITS MUST
BE RECEIVED WITHIN TEN (10) DAYS AFTER A
RESERVATION REQUEST IS ACCEPTED.
REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED ONLY IF THE
ACCOMMODATION CAN BE RENTED FOR THE ENTIRE
PERIOD OF THE CANCELED RESERVATION.
ALLOWANCES MAY BE MADE FOR GENUINE
EMERGENCIES. WE APPLY A $10.00 FEE TO
ALL CANCELLATIONS. |
